Custom Orders

Hello Friends! As of May 10th, 2024, Custom Orders are OPEN. If you would like a custom order, you're welcome to DM us via our Instagram.

When ordering, please include the following information in your first message:

1. Introduce yourself! What brings you here for a custom?

2. Let me know what you're looking for. What kind of piece would you like? What colors, what size, etc. Send over as many details as you can!

3. What's your budget? Prices can vary depending on difficulty, colors, size, etc. Customs typically start at $45.

4. How can I get in contact with you? Sometimes Instagram isn't a reliable method, so email would be preferred as a backup. If you need it shipped to someone else, let me know and I can write a cute note for them! 

5. Would you like progress pics? I can also keep it a surprise!

Some notes to keep in mind when ordering:

* Turnaround time can vary, but if there's not a long line, it will likely be 2-4 weeks from order to shipment. If it's longer, we'll update you!

* Payment is required up front, preferably via Venmo. Once I receive your request and calculate the total, you'll be notified. If the total is too much all at once, I can also work with you, but expect 50% at time of order, and 50% at completion before shipment. This amount is non-refundable unless something happens on my end that prevents the completion of your piece(s).

* If there are any delays, issues, or something happens that doesn't allow completion of your piece(s), you'll be notified. If you decide you would like a refund, the full amount paid will be returned to you within 24 hours.
